Mindfulness skills are taught to manage a wide range of difficulties including stress, depression, anxiety, weight management, sporting performance and physical illness. It is an effective skill to develop on it's own, or it can be combined with other therapies to help address common emotional difficulties.
Do you ever find yourself lost in thought, reflecting on difficult past experiences or worrying about future events? Mindfulness enables us to be present in our lives; to notice what is happening within our surroundings, our body, our thoughts and our feelings.

We will teach you a wide range of mindfulness skills and exercises that you can record in session to practise at home. We will also signpost you to apps, books and online resources that will help you to maintain your mindfulness practise once your therapy has finished.
